about our wagyu beef
100% Grass-Fed and Pasture Raised
Our cattle live out on pasture year-round. With rotational grazing, we sustain the land and maintain the health of our small herd. During the winter we feed the hay harvested from our own fields, allowing them to thrive on a 100% grass diet.

Grass-fed beef tends to have a more balanced ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 fatty acids — a factor associated with reduced inflammation and improved cardiovascular outcomes.
Pasture-raised beef generally provides more zinc, iron, selenium, and potassium, key minerals involved in energy metabolism, immune defense, and red-blood-cell health.
Grass-fed Wagyu is rich in monounsaturated fatty acids (especially oleic acid) and typically contains more omega-3s than grain-fed beef. These fats are known to support heart health and maintain healthy cholesterol ratios.

Allow the meat to rest for about 10 minutes after cooking to lock in the juices and prevent dryness.
-
Grass-fed Wagyu cooks faster due to its leaner marbling, so aim for medium-rare to medium.
